Instead Of Vandalizing, These 3 Drunk Dudes Fixed A Bike Rack On Their Way Home From The Bar

I don’t know about you, but if I’m walking down the street at 3 am and I see a group of drunk twenty-something men bumbling down the street, I’m walking the other way. I think most often that’s the right call, but on this particular night in Boston, England, all these three friends wanted were some good kebabs and even better karma.

The young men, being avid bikers themselves, knew a car had crashed into the bike rack weeks earlier. Even though the damage had been reported to the city, it had still not been repaired. So, these intoxicated heroes decided to take matters into their own hands.

With their combined strength (and young 20-year-old backs) they tried to yank the bike rack back into position.

They yanked with all their might but couldn’t quite get the rack to budge.

The men then decided to employ the help of others passing by.

Now with their combined efforts and a little liquid courage, they managed to force the rack back into proper position. Teamwork makes the dream work.

Eventually, a crowd gathered and cheered them for their good deed.

This is what you hope for when you have kids. Sure, they’re going to grow up and most likely “experiment with alcohol” and make a few poor choices, but when it comes down to it they’re good people and more often than not will channel that youthful exuberance into something positive. Like, they’ll choose to fix a bike rack instead of going to their girlfriend’s house and pooping in her cat’s litterbox. I’m sorry, Caitlin, wherever you are.
