Boy’s Lost Stuffed Puppy Gets Treated To A Spa Day Before Reuniting With Its Human

A lost stuffed puppy was found by the right people. Last week, Lavish Dog Day Spa found an adorable stuffed animal sitting on a bench outside their building. Being in the doggie spa business, it was only right that the staff treat this special doggo to a relaxing day at the spa.

Lavish Dog Day Spa is located in Standish, Maine and the business put out a lost puppy announcement on their Facebook page.

Just like any of their pup clients, this stuffed puppy got the works. A thorough bath got him nice and squeaky clean. When his “fur” was dried, he got a beautiful blue bow and a stylish outfit.

Groomer Bri Ring told News Center Maine she didn’t want the boy to worry about his cherished friend.

“I was a little kid once and I always loved having stuffed animals and I didn’t want this little boy to worry that his little stuffed dog was on the bench and sad and alone so he gets to hang out with us and have a good time,” Ring said.

The post, being too adorable to handle, got the attention of the boy’s mother, and he was quickly reunited with his freshly styled friend.

After they picked up the missing stuffed puppy, the mom posted a sweet comment on Lavish Dog Day Spa’s Facebook post:

“Thank you so much for looking out for my son’s puppy. He was so happy to be reunited with him this morning. I can not thank you enough.”

The spa received some deserved attention for its kindness and fun outlook and recently announced exciting news that a new location is in the works for 2020.
